Warranty

All products sold at by Motorsport Rally Corporation (MRC), carry a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, contact MRC Customer Service representatives toll free at 877-376-5021 to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and warranty claim instructions.

Returns

Kuryakyn products may be returned for up to one year from the date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and will be inspected for determination of full or partial credit. All electrical items will be tested and inspected.

Performance Machine Inc. and Progressive Suspension products returned for any reason other than warranty claims will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All returns will be inspected for determination of full or partial credit.

Mustang Seats products are sold with a 10-day satisfaction guarantee from date purchase. All returns must be in new, resalable condition. Seats not returned in new, resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All sales are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise.

Returned items must be shipped prepaid (C.O.D.’s will not be accepted). Include copy of sales receipt and RMA number.
